TESTING THE POWER OF BREATHING

I’m asking for a favor today.

 

Take two deeps breaths.

 

Seriously.

 

Over the next 24 hours,

set an alarm for two separate times.

 

When the alarm goes off,

notice how you are feeling

physically and emotionally,

 

then

 

sit up comfortably,

close your eyes (if you like),

draw a nice deep breath in

through your nose

all the way into your belly,

then let it out through your nose.

 

Do that twice.  

 

Notice how you are feeling

physically and emotionally.

 

After you have completed this test,

send me an email/message me/comment

and

let me know what happened.

the power of breathing

just two breaths.
