Humans are terrible risk assessors.
Getting in a car is much more
dangerous
than
flying in a plane,
but what do people fear more?
Life,
work,
relationships
are never as hard
and
infinitely more
difficult
than you imagine.
When you set out,
what you fear
will become smaller
and
dangers you didn’t know
existed
will come
out of nowhere (seemingly).
Best to take the same attitude
with them all.
Don’t give them too much
import
nor
too little.
Remember, your judgment is suspect.
