MIND CLEANING

We understand the potential danger of

toys on the stairs,

shoes left in the walkway,

unattended clutter that seems to multiply,

but we wait until someone gets hurt

or we are having guests

to clean it up.

The clutter in our minds,

the negative self-talk,

the fears keeping us from taking action

have as much potential for adversely affecting

our lives as the toy on the stair.

And we often talk about

clearing our heads by taking

a walk,

a deep breath,

or

a break,

but

we wait until

we are

overwhelmed,

frustrated,

or

angry

to actually do it.

Imagine what your days would be like

if you began by

cleaning your mind,

clearing the path for

progress,

possibility,

and realizing potential.

Imagine what you could do

if the clutter in your mind

wasn’t troubling you.

Left unattended, it multiplies.
