Like athletes, we condition ourselves.

We engage in the same routines, habits and rituals.

We engrain our ways of living, moving, and thinking.

 

Mostly, we have created our conditioning plan

without thinking about the results.

 

Are we seeking physical health?

We must condition ourselves.

Are we seeking great relationships?

We must condition ourselves.

Are we seeking fulfillment?
