WHAT YOU TELL YOURSELF

I’m tired.

I’m lazy.

I’m fat.  

 

We feel what we tell ourselves.

 

Feeling may not be fact,

but it affects us,

shapes us,

and the more we tell ourselves something,

the more we feel it.
