We think we need

big changes

in order to make

big change in our lives.

 

And we get overwhelmed.

 

Instead, what if you changed one thing?

 

Walked for 10 minutes,

or drank one more glass of water,

or meditated for two minutes,

or smiled at one new person,

or gave one compliment

every day.

 

One thing, every day

feels insignificant,

but when you do the math,

you realize --

big change

comes from

small every day changes.
