SEEK SHELTER

But not to hide

Too often the “safe places” we create

become our prison:

The medications,

the anxiety,

the alcohol,

the overeating,

the “I’m so busy”,

the depression,

the labels (which become our identity),

lock us up.

It’s not shelter, it’s hiding.

So come out.

Seek shelter.

create structure,

routines,

rituals.

Create a container on which to stand

and be opened up to the life

waiting for you,

when you quit hiding.

Seek shelter
